摘要
目的探讨新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)在脑损伤早期评估中的临床价值。方法选取2015—2016年于景德镇市妇幼保健院收治的脑损伤患儿168例,根据NBNA结果分为高危异常组(n=48)、高危正常组(n=52)及正常组(n=68),比较3组患者脑损伤阳性率。结果高危异常组和高危正常组脑损伤阳性率高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论 NBNA可确切地早期评估新生儿脑损伤的临床效果确切,对预后康复治疗和预防治疗具有重要的临床应用和研究价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of neonatal behavioral neurodetermination（NBNA） on early assessment of brain injurys.Methods A total of 168 cases of brain injurys children were selected from 2015 to 2016 year in ingdezhen City Maternal and Child Health Hospital,which were divided into high-risk group（n = 48）,high-risk normal group（n = 52） and normal group（n = 68）.The positive rate of neonatal brain injury were compared among three groups.Results The positive rate of neonatal brain injury of high-risk group and high-risk normal group were higher than normal group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion NBNA has an exactly clinical effect on early assessment of brain injurys,it is important for the prevention and rehabilitation treatment and prognosis of clinical application and research value.
