摘要
聚α-烯烃油(PAO)与软蜡、半炼蜡裂解烯烃生产的合成烃润滑油相比具有更好的外观、低温性能、黏温性能、热稳定性和挥发性,更适宜作为8B航空喷气机润滑油和20号航空润滑油的基础油。研究结果表明,PAO辅以酚类、苯胺类抗氧剂后生产出的8B航空喷气机润滑油和20号航空润滑油可以满足当代航空发动机的苛刻要求,质量较之前软蜡、半炼蜡裂解烯烃生产的8B航空喷气机润滑油和20号航空润滑油有大幅度的提升。
Compared with the synthetic hydrocarbon lube produced by cracking olefins from soft wax and semirefined wax,poly alpha olefin oil（PAO）had excellent properties on the appearance,low temperature characteristics,viscosity temperature characteristics,heat stability characteristics and volatile characteristics,more suitable for the base oil of 8 Baviation jet lube and 20^# aviation lube.The research results showed that 8 Baviation jet lube and 20^# aviation lube produced by PAO after adding phenol and phenyl amines antioxidants could meet the challenge of contemporary aeroengine,compared with the 8 Baviation jet lube and 20^# aviation lube produced by cracking olefins from soft wax and semi-refined wax,the quality of the product was greatly improved.
