摘要
目的观察利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法 84例神经性耳鸣患者,采用双盲法分为联合组和对照组,各42例。对照组采用利多卡因进行治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合声频共振进行治疗。对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组耳鸣程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组耳鸣程度评分均低于本组治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率95.24%高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组满意度92.86%高于对照组的76.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣具有良好的临床疗效,能有效控制患者病情,提高患者满意度,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of lidocaine combined with acoustic resonance in the treatment of neurological tinnitus. Methods A total of 84 neurological tinnitus patients were divided by doubleblind method into combined group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lidocaine, and the combined group was treated with acoustic resonance on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in tinnitus degree score（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had lower tinnitus degree score than before treatment, and the combined group was lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The combined group had higher total effective rate as 95.24% than 78.57% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The combined group had higher satisfaction as 92.86% than 76.19% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of lidocaine and acoustic resonance shows good clinical efficacy in treating acoustic resonance, and can effectively control the disease condition of patients and improve their satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
