摘要
校园文化是高校生存和发展的基础,是高校办学实力和竞争力的重要源泉,是一项具有基础性、战略性和前瞻性的重要"软实力"。文章立足于深化教育改革这一现实背景,从培养与地方经济社会发展相适应的高素质专门人才的要求出发,深度分析了校园文化建设的要义与方略,旨在对当前校园文化建设和人才培养提供启迪和借鉴。
Campus culture, as the the foundation of the survival and development of colleges and universities, is an important source of the strength and competitiveness of colleges and universities, it is also a basic, strategic and forward - looking ＂soft power＂. Based on the realistic background of deepening education reform, this paper analyzes the essence and strategies of campus culture con- struction from the requirements of high - quality specialized talents training, who are suitable for local economic and social develop- ment, with a view to provide enlightenment and reference for the current campus culture construction and personnel training.
