超声斑点追踪显像在肿瘤心脏病学中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 心脏损伤是肿瘤治疗如化疗、放疗等过程中最常见的不良反应之一,早期诊断具有重要意义。超声心动图是临床首选的无创监测方式,但传统超声在早期检测肿瘤治疗相关的心脏损伤方面局限性较大。近年来,以斑点追踪显像为代表的超声新技术成为研究热点。现就斑点追踪显像在预测、诊断及随访肿瘤不同治疗方法所致心脏损伤中的价值及最新进展做一综述。 Cardiotoxicity is one of the most prevalent adverse effects induced by cancer treatment including chemotherapy,radiotherapy and so on. Early and efficacious diagnosis is urgent necessary to avert poor prognosis from cardiotoxicity. Echocardiography is the most preferred clinical method,however,conventional parameters don51 behave well in the early detection and prediction of myocardial injury caused by oncotherapy. Recently, emerging studies have focused on new techniques like speckle tracking imaging (STI) due to the superiority compared with conventional index. In this review,we mainly discussed the study progress and the value of STI in early monitoring,predicting and followup cardiotoxicity incurred by varied cancer therapies.
