摘要
以纤维素纤维为基材,氢氧化钠/尿素为协同活化体系,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(EPTAC)为醚化剂,制备了阳离子纤维素基吸附材料,通过正交试验法优化阳离子纤维素基吸附材料的制备工艺。然后,探讨了不同协同活化体系对阳离子纤维素基吸附材料吸附性能的影响。研究结果表明:经最佳工艺制备的阳离子纤维素基吸附材料吸附性能好;采用氢氧化锂/尿素为协同活化体系制备的阳离子纤维素基吸附材料吸附性能进一步提高。
Cationic cellulose material was synthesized by using cellulose as the base material, NaUtt/ I^LJ^I'NI-12)2 as synergistic activation system and 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (EPTAC) as etherifying agent. Op- timize the preparation process of the cationic cellulose material by using the orthogonal experiment. The influence of different synergistic activation systems was studied. Cationic cellulose material that was prepared by the optimization process has the great absorption capability. And the cationic cellulose material has better absorption capability by using LiOH/CO(NH02 as synergistic activation system.
