摘要
精准扶贫,相对粗放式扶贫来说是对我国几十年扶贫工作在方法上的一种升华或递进.对精准扶贫的内涵进行阐述,并提出宁夏在精准扶贫过程中存在精准识别瞄准度不高,帮扶机制不健全,扶贫信息化程度低,脱贫和返贫户制度不健全等问题,最后提出相应的对策建议.
Precision poverty, poverty is our decades of work on the sublimation method or a progressive, relatively speaking ofextensive poverty. This paper expounds the connotation of precision poverty reduction. And, this paper puts forward the prob-lems of Ningxia in the process of precision poverty reduction, the problems go as follows. Accurate recognition is not high.Helping system is not perfect. The level of information technology is low. Overcome poverty and poverty return system is notperfect. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
