高职院校市场营销专业人才培养改革与实践——以商丘职业技术学院“3563”教学体系为例

摘要 市场营销专业是一门实践性和操作性很强的学科,随着我国社会经济的发展,"供给侧改革"的提出,对高等职业教育人才培养有了更高的要求。目前,商丘职业技术学院市场营销专业进行了职业性、实践性、开放性较强的教育教学改革,提出了以"岗位需求"为导向的市场营销专业人才培养目标,创建了实用高效的"3563"教学体系,通过人才培养结构调整、教育教学方法创新、实践教学体系改革、师资队伍建设等方面的改革尝试,增强了市场营销专业学生的职业素养和岗位适配性。 Marketing major is a strong practical and operational discipline. With the development of social economy and the reform of the "supply side" in our country, the higher vocational education personnel training have higher requirements. At present, the marketing major in Shangqiu Polytechnic had taken professional, practical, open education teaching reform. It put forward the jobs oriented marketing professional talent training goal and created a practical and efficient "3563" teaching system. The marketing professional students' professional quality and suitability were enhanced through the talents' cultivation structure adjustment, innovation education teaching method, practical teaching system reform and the reform of the teaching staff construction.
