摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压患者采取替米沙坦与清脑降压颗粒联合治疗的疗效。方法选取2015年5月—2017年3月收治的原发性高血压患者180例,根据数字随机表方法分组,每组90例,对照组接受替米沙坦治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合清脑降压颗粒治疗。对两组患者临床效果进行评价,并检测治疗前后血压、血脂指标变化,采取统计学分析。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前收缩压与舒张压无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组收缩压(130.83±13.02)mm Hg显著低于对照组(148.09±12.35)mm Hg,舒张压(82.61±6.09)mm Hg显著低于对照组(94.52±7.33)mm Hg,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前总胆固醇与甘油三酯无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组总胆固醇(5.26±0.58)mmol/L显著低于对照组(6.03±0.53)mmol/L,甘油三酯(1.48±0.52)mmol/L显著低于对照组(1.82±0.65)mmol/L,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者采取替米沙坦治疗效果一般,加用清脑降压颗粒治疗后不仅可以提高临床效果,而且在改善血压与血脂指标上优势更明显,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of telmisartan combined with Qingnao Jiangya Granule in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 180 cases of primary hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object. The target group had complete clinical data and was willing to cooperate with the study, and the time of inclusion was between May 2015 and March 2017. According to the number of random table method group, 90 pa- tients in each group, the control group received tiemisartan treatment, the study group of patients in the control group based on combined with Qingnao Jiangya Granule treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated and the changes of blood pressure （systolic and diastolic blood pressure） , blood lipid （total cholesterol, triglyceride） were measured before and after treatment. Statistical analysis was performed. Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Two groups of patients before treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; After treatment, systolic blood pressure group （ 130. 83 ± 13.02） mmHg was significantly lower than the control group （ 148.09 ± 12. 35） mmHg, diastolic blood pressure （82. 61 ± 6. 09） mmHg was significantly lower than the control group （94. 52 ± 7. 33 ） mmHg, with statistically the significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
