摘要
依据欧洲起重机设计规范,利用ANSYS软件模拟实际工作循环,对3E级超大型岸桥的结构受力和整机频率进行分析。以超大型、高效作业为目标,通过新型结构设计、轻量化设计、吊具防摇、远程操作系统开发等技术创新,研发3E级超大型岸桥,从而提高集装箱码头装卸效率。
According to the European crane design criterion, the actual working cycle of quayside container crane is simulated by ANSYS software and the structural force and frequency of 3E oversize quayside container crane are analyzed. The 3E oversize quayside crane is developed with an aim to oversize, high efficiency from the technology innovation of structure design, lightweight design, spreader anti-swing and remote operation system development, which can enhance the handling efficiency of container terminals.
