摘要
以使用林书豪Facebook粉丝网页的台湾民众为研究对象,通过科技接受模式(TAM)验证林书豪官方粉丝网页使用行为模式,旨为提高政府、学校和民众对运动休闲产业的重视,进一步将国内运动休闲产业以更多的方式推广。结果表明:台湾民众对林书豪官方粉丝网页使用的知觉易用性对知觉有用性、知觉易用性对态度、态度对行为倾向、知觉有用性对态度及知觉有用性对行为倾向,均有显著影响。建议今后应针对不同人群设计策略性的信息分享、增加不同话题、建立实况转播平台提升网页的知觉有用性;通过开发粉丝网页的搜索功能、粉丝网页设计简单明了、保持良好的网页系统品质提升网页的易用性;添加有奖问答功能增加粉丝使用率、强化粉丝网页形象、加强粉丝与球星网络互动提升粉丝网页的忠诚度。
The research takes Jeremy Lin Facebook fan pages which the Taiwan Residents people used as the research subjects and validates the official fan page using behavior patterns through the Technology Acceptance model （TAM）. It is to improve the domestic government, schools and public atten- tion to the sports industry as well as promote domestic sports industry in more forms. Results show that the Taiwan Residents people perceived ease of use over the use of Jeremy＇s official fan page of per- ceived usefulness, perceived ease of use to the attitude, the attitude to the behavior, and perceived usefulness of platform web page should be added to promote the perceived usefulness in the future; Exploiting the fan page search function, keeping fan web design simple and clear, remaining good web page quality system are to improve web usability. Award answer-question function is added to increase the fans utilization rate, strengthen the fan pages image, and strengthen the interaction between the fans and star network to advance the fan pages loyalty.
