摘要
介绍了BGL气化技术的特点,从运行时长、72 h运行指标考核及运行成本等方面,详述了BGL气化技术在中煤图克项目中的工程应用情况。运行结果表明,BGL气化装置采用当地长焰煤为原料进行生产,装置运行稳定,72 h运行考核中有效气产量和能耗指标优于合同保证值,同时副产有经济价值的甲烷及油品,有效气成本低,在合成气生产领域具有竞争优势。
The characteristics of BGL gasification technology were introduced,and its industrial application in China Coal Tuk Project was described in detail based on the operating time,72 h performance test evaluation and operating cost. The running result showed that the BGL process was applied successfully on the local long flame coal. The gasification unit ran continuously and stably,with high effective gas content and low energy consumption in the 72 h performance test,better than the contract guaranteed value. Meanwhile,it by-produced methane and oils with economic value. The cost of effective gas was low,and BGL gasification had competitive advantages in syngas production industry.
