帕金森病的影像学诊断研究进展

A comparison of SPECT-PET and Transcranial Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of Parkinson's disease

摘要 在帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)中,由于中枢多巴胺能神经系统和全部大脑功能活动不同程度的受损,达到一种完全明确的临床诊断标准十分困难,单光子发射计算机断层显像(SPECT)、正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET/CT)、经颅超声等医学影像技术在PD的诊断上提供了极大参考价值。 In Parkinson's disease ,central dopaminergic and overall brain functional activity are altered to different degrees, causing difficulties in achieving an unambiguous clinical diagnosis.Single photon emission computed tomography imaging (SPECT/CT) , positron emission computed tomography imaging (PET/CT) and transcranial doppler ultrasound (TCS) offer significant referenced value in diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.
