摘要
探索人民美好生活需要是实现人民美好生活的切入点。进入新时代,满足人民美好生活需要必须直面人民美好生活需要多样性与矛盾性等难题。当前,绿色治理应成为实现人民美好生活的一种可行路径。而达成绿色价值的重叠共识、构建绿色治理体系、完善绿色治理机制谱系、强化绿色治理质量测评是推动绿色治理真正运转起来,进而实现人民美好生活的着力点。
The needs of a better life for the people are the starting points for realizing a better life for the people. Green governance is a feasible path to overcome such problems as the diversity of the people＇s better life needs. It faced some problems such as the variousness and the contradictoriness. The keys to promote green governance are embodied in overlapping green values consensus, constructing the green governance system, perfecting the pedigree of green governance mechanism and strengthening the green governance quality evaluation, which are the starting points to promote the operation of green governance and to realise a better life for the people.
