摘要
目的评价TiO_2-SiO_2-SnO_x纳米薄膜对纯钛烤瓷修复体的临床应用效果。方法临床随机选取85例(125个单位修复体)患者行TiO_2-SiO_2-SnO_x纳米薄膜纯钛烤瓷单冠修复治疗,并观察1年后修复体的完整性和边缘适合性。结果纯钛烤瓷单冠修复体完整无崩瓷117/122个单位,成功率为95.90%,边缘适合性A级率为98.36%。结论 TiO_2-SiO_2-SnO_x纳米薄膜可有效地降低纯钛烤瓷冠的崩瓷率,改善冠的边缘适合性。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of TiO_2-SiO_2-SnO_x nano film on titanium porcelain crowns. Methods 125 titanium porcelain crowns with TiO_2-SiO_2-SnO_x nano film were randomly selected and observed the integrity and edge suitability of restoration after 1 year. Results The single-crown restoration of titanium porcelain was 117/122 units with complete free porcelain,with a success rate of 95. 90% and the marginal suitability of grade A rate was 98. 36%. Conclusion TiO_2-SiO_2-SnO_x nano film can effectively reduce the collapse of porcelain crown and improve the edge suitability of crown.
