摘要
采用KDC法制备K_2Ti_6O_(13),采用Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯,然后通过水热还原法制备了K_2Ti_6O_(13)/石墨烯复合光催化剂.采用单因素试验研究催化剂用量、紫外光照时间、亚甲基蓝溶液初始质量浓度和溶液pH值四个因素对降解效率的影响规律.结果表明,K_2Ti_6O_(13)投加量为7.5 g/L、光照时间为30 min、亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度为7 mg/L、溶液pH为6,亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率为79.51%,K_2Ti_6O_(13)/石墨烯复合光催化剂投加量为2.5 g/L、光照时间为30 min、亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度为7mg/L、溶液pH为6,亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率为95%以上.
The K_2Ti_6O_(13) was prepared by KDC method,and the graphene was prepared by Hummers method,and the K_2Ti_6O_(13)/grapheme was prepared by hydrothermal process. The effects of the catalyst dosage,irradiation time,initial concentration of methylene blue solution and pH value on degradation rate were optimized by single factor experiment. The results indicated that degradation rate of methylene blue was up to 79. 51% at the K_2Ti_6O_(13) dosage of 7. 5 g/L,irradiation time of 30 min,initial concentration of 7 mg/L and pH value of 6,and the degradation rate of methylene blue was more than 95% at the K_2Ti_6O_(13) dosage of 2.5 g/L,irradiation time of 30 min,initial concentration of 7 mg/L and pH value of 6.
