Preparation of 120 dtex/144 f High Profile and Lightweight Direct Melt Spun Polyester Full Drawn Yarn

摘要 采用熔体直纺生产工艺路线,开发了120 dtex/144 f高异形度、三叶、轻量化涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)产品,对喷丝板的设计、纺丝温度、热辊温度、牵伸倍率等生产工艺进行了探讨。结果表明:熔体温度为293℃,喷丝孔叶片长宽比为8∶1,牵伸倍数为1.8时,成功研发出断裂伸长率27%、断裂强度3.2 c N/dtex、卷装密度0.8 g/cm3以下的高异形度、轻量化涤纶FDY产品。其独特的纤维截面极大地提升了纤维的轻量化,并广泛应用于仿毛、麻、丝绸等高档仿真面料。 The high profile and lightweight 120 dtex/144 f polyester full drawn yarn(FDY) was produced bymelt direct spinning technology. The design of spinneret, spinning temperature, hot roll temperature anddrawing ratio were discussed. The results showed that the melt temperature was controlled at 293 ℃, thespinneret blade aspect ratio was 8:1, draft was 1.8, the high profile and lightweight polyester FDY filamentproducts with the elongation at break 27%, tensile strength 3.2 c N/dtex and package density below 0.8 g/cm3 was successfully developed. Its unique fiber cross-section greatly enhances the fiber lightweight and it iswidely used in imitation wool, linen, silk and other high-grade simulation fabric.
