摘要
目的探讨应用情景式健康教育对中耳气压伤影响的比较研究。方法将112例首次高压氧治疗患者按治疗时间顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用口头健康教育方法,实验组采用根据患者健康教育的需求强度、重要性、时机选择性编辑制作成高压氧科DVD录像,治疗间隙利用音像视频设备循环播放,同时在加压治疗前陪舱护士进行舱内实物现场示教相结合的方法。治疗后以问卷调查的方法进行效果评价。结果与对照组比较,实验组中耳气压伤的发生率明显降低。结论采用情景式健康教育能降低高压氧治疗不良反应发生率,提高护理成效。
Objective To explore the effect of situation-oriented health education for prevention of middle ear barotraumas in patients who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods 112 patients, who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy in first time, were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group, the observation group was implemented with the situation-oriented health education, the control group was implemented with ordinary health education. Results The incidence rate of middle ear barotraumas in observation group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The situation-oriented health education can significantly reduce the incidence rate of middle ear barotraumas in patients who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy, worthy of clinical application.
