摘要
目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法同时检测芪苈强心胶囊中槲皮素、山柰酚和异鼠李素的含量。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,Phenomenex C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(45∶55);流速:1.0m L/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:360 nm。结果:槲皮素、山柰酚和异鼠李素的保留时间分别为5.3、9.3和12.2 min;测定方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性和加样回收率较好。5个批号的芪苈强心胶囊中槲皮素、山柰酚和异鼠李素的含量分别为0.53~0.63 mg/g、0.19~0.28 mg/g和0.15~0.21 mg/g。结论:该方法为芪苈强心胶囊的质量控制提供了参考。
Objective： To study the HPLC-ELSD simultaneous detection of quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Qiliqiangxin capsule.Methods： Using HPLC-ELSD method,Phenomenex C_（18） chromatographic column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used for separation,the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution（45 ∶ 55）,the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 360 nm.The contents of quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were detected in five batches of Qiliqiangxin capsule.Results： The retention time of quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin was 5.3,9.3 and 12.2 min,respectively.The precision,stability,repeatability and average recovery of determination method was good.The contents of quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin in five batches Qiliqiangxin capsule were 0.53 ~ 0.63 mg/g,0.19 ~ 0.28 mg/g and 0.15 ~ 0.21 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion： This method can provide a reference in quality control of Qiliqiangxin capsule.
