摘要
制备了相同碳链不同环氧乙烷加成数以及不同碳链长度相同环氧乙烷加成数的非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,并对其用于废新闻纸中性脱墨的效果进行了研究。分析了环氧乙烷加成数以及不同碳链长度对脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的性能的影响,探讨了不同结构的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚用于废新闻纸中性脱墨的效果。结果表明,相同碳数不同环氧乙烷加成数的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚用作中性脱墨剂时,随着环氧乙烷加成数的增加,脱墨浆白度先增加后降低。当环氧乙烷加成数相同且脂肪醇碳链长度由C8增加至C16时,脱墨能力逐渐增强,但增加幅度随着碳链长度的增加逐渐降低。加成数及碳链长度的变化对于纸浆强度没有明显影响。不同加成数的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的复配以及不同碳链长度的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的复配均没有表现出相互间的协同作用。
Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers( FAPE) with same carbon chain but different ethylene oxide adduct numbers and those with different carbon chain length of fatty alcohol but same ethylene oxide adduct numbers were prepared and then used as deinking agent for old newsprints. The impacts of adduct numbers of ethylene oxide to fatty alcohol as well as the carbon chain length of FAPE on deinking efficiency were investigated. The efficiency of FAPEs with different structure on neutral deinking of old newsprint was discussed. The results showed that the brightness of deinked old newsprint pulp increased firstly and then decreased with the increase in ethylene oxide adduct number of FAPE. The performance of deinking agent was improved with the prolongnation of carbon chain length of FAPE in the range of C8 to C16 when the adduct number of FAPE kept constant,but the extent of improvement became less with the increase in chain length. There was no significant change in physical properties of neutral deinked pulps using FAPEs with different adduct number and chain length. In addition,the mixing of different FAPEs didn't show the synergistic effectiveness in neutral deinking of old newsprints.
