摘要
目的:探讨对手术室护理工作进行精细化管理对该项工作质量及效率的影响。方法:本次研究的对象是2014年3月至2016年3月期间在四川内江市第二人民医院手术室工作的23名护理人员。自2015年3月起,该院对手术室护理人员的工作进行精细化管理。比较在进行精细化管理前后该院手术室护理人员工作的质量及效率。结果:与进行精细化管理前相比,进行精细化管理后,手术室护理人员的护理技能评分、无菌操作评分、手术室物资管理评分、手术室环境评分均较高(P<0.05),其进行手术前准备的时间和接送患者的时间均较短(P<0.05)。结论:对手术室的护理工作进行精细化管理的效果较为理想,可有效地提高手术室护理人员工作的质量及效率。
Objective： To analyze influence of meticulous management for the quality and efficiency of nursing in operation room. Methods： The research object are 23 nurses of The Operation room of Second People＇s Hospital working in March 2014 to March 2016. The meticulous management was carried out in operation room from March 2015.Compare working efficiency and quality of the nurses before and after meticulous management. Result： After meticulous management,nursing technique score, aseptic technique score, material management score and environment score of operation room of the nurses are higher than that before meticulous management（P〈0.05）.The time of preparation time before operation and shuttle time are shorter（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The meticulous management which can help to improve the quality of nursing and operation efficiency and improve the nurse patient relationship,the effect is good.
