小型密闭压力容器测试系统重复性的研究

摘要 小型密闭压力容器测试 (MCPVT)法是安全工程领域中近几年发展起来的、评价有机过氧化物及自反应物质受热分解反应激烈程度的新方法。 pmax 是 MCPVT方法中用来表征自反应物质受热分解反应激烈程度的物理量之一。文中通过大量实验 ,研究了样品容器容积 V、升温速率R及样品质量 M对 pmax重复性误差的影响 ,研究了一系列典型的有机过氧化物和自反应物质在标准实验条件下 pmax 重复性误差。结果表明 ,小型密闭压力容器测试系统重复性好 ,测试结果可靠 ,从而为 The MCPVT(Mini closed Pressure Vessel Test)is a newly developed method in safety engineering field to evaluate the degree of violence in thermal decomposition that organic peroxides and self reactive substances takes under heat.P max  is an important parameter used to si gnify the degree of violence.This thesis,based on numerous experiments,studies the influence of factors such as vessel volume V,heating rate R and the mass M of a sample on the repetitive errors.At the same time,it analyzes the repetitive errors of series of typical organic peroxides and self reactive substances under standardized experimental conditions.Theses results indicate that the MCPVT system has a good repetitiveness and reliable testing results.Thus,it lays a solid foundation for the final adoption of MCPVT as an intemational standard in evaluating degree of violence in decomposing reaction of self reactive substances. [
