摘要
目的初步探讨低剂量MDCT对早期肺癌高危人群筛查中的临床应用价值。方法搜集滨海县人民医院体检中心行多排探测器CT(Multi-detector row CT,MDCT)检查肺癌高危人群870例,随机分为两组,一组为常规剂量,另一组为低剂量,采集影像资料,对图像信噪比,病灶数目、良恶性判断、受检者所受辐射剂量进行比较。结果低剂量MDCT对病灶细节及病灶的数目显示方面,与常规剂量MDCT没有明显区别,而CT剂量指数(Computed Tomography Dose Index,CTDI)明显低于常规剂量MDCT。结论低剂量MDCT对高危人群早期肺癌筛查具有重要的临床。
Objective The purpose of our study was to investigate the clinical value of screening for early lung cancer in high-risk groups with MDCT in low dose protocol. Methods 870 high-risk lung cancer individuals in the physical examination center of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups and underwent chest MDCT scan, One for the conventional dose protocol, the other for the low dose protocol. Image data was collected and compared with the image signal to noise ratio, the number of lesions, benign and malignant judgments and patient radiation dose in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the number of lesions and the details of the lesion between the two groups, but radiation dose was significantly reduces in low dose protocol than that of the conventional protocol. Conclusion Screening for early lung cancer in high-risk population with low dose protocol of MDCT has important clinical significance.
