摘要
当前,发展数字经济成为全球共识,各行各业都在加快数字化、网络化、智能化转型。我国电信企业积极把握发展数字经济的重大战略机遇,加快建设新一代信息基础设施,夯实能力基础;积极拓展新兴业务,挖掘数字红利,推进提质增效。2018年,预计我国经济继续保持稳中有进的发展态势。在经济上行和行业转型深化的带动之下,基础电信业将继续向好回升,预计全年增速稳定在6%左右,同时结构性优化形成新的发展动力将带动电信行业实现发展质量的新突破。
Since the development of the digital economy has become a global consensus, all industries are accelerating digital,networked and intelligent transformation. In order to grasp the important strategic opportunities of developing digital economy, Chinese telecom operators accelerate the construction of a new generation of information infrastructure, propel digital transformation and promote quality and efficiency. In 2018, China's telecommunication industry will continue to improve recovery, annual growth is expected to steady at around 6%, while the structural optimization of new momentum will be driving the development of the telecommunications industry to realize the quality of the new breakthrough.
