摘要
目的:探究可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒对手足部骨折的临床疗效并分析其应用价值。方法:收治手足部骨折患者109例,随机分两组。试验组接受可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒治疗,对照组患者接受钢板螺钉治疗,分析、比对两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:经治疗后,试验组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手足部骨折患者的临床治疗中采取可吸收螺钉和自身增强可吸收棒疗法,可显著提高其临床疗效,降低患者治疗疼痛感和并发症发生率,安全可靠。
Objective：To investigate the application value of absorbable screws and self reinforcing absorbable rods on the fracture of hand and foot.Methods：109 patients with the fracture of hand and foot were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The experimental group was treated with absorbable screws and self reinforcing absorbable rods,while patients in the control group were treated with plate and screw.We analyzed the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results：After treatment,the clinical efficiency of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Absorbable screws and self reinforced absorbable rod therapy in the treatment of hand foot fractures can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,which can reduce the pain and complication rate, and is safe and reliable.
