摘要
本文针对高校的教育、科研、生产和生活用电的特点,对存在的主要问题,提出了建立综合运用管理、运行安全、运行监管、运行维护等要素建立供电集成一体化、智能化的能源管理信息系统平台,为优化供电系统资源配置、安全运行、节能增效和技术改造的决策,提供科学的依据,从而进一步优化高校的电力保障系统。
The article focuses on characteristics of education, science technology research, production and life electric power consumption at college and university. The author suggests to build up energy management information system platform with power supply integration and intelligence based on comprehensive management, safe operation, operation supervision, operation maintenance, which optimizes power supply system resource setup, safe operation, energy saving and effectiveness improving and technology renovation. The system strategy provides scientific basis and optimizes electric power safeguard system at college and university.
