摘要
故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术能提高城市轨道交通的运输效率,降低设备的运营维护成本,提高车辆及关键部件的维修效率,实现地铁列车的故障预测与健康管理。给出了维修策略建议,以期提高地铁列车的可用性与可靠性,促进地铁列车设备由计划修向状态修转变。
Fault prediction and health management(PHM)technology can improve the transportation efficiency of urban rail transit,reduce the maintenance cost for rail transit equipment,enhance the maintenance of vehicles and key components and achieve the goal of PHM for rail transit trains.In this paper,suggestions for maintenance policy are proposed,aiming to improve the availability and reliability of metro trains,and change the planned maintenance mode to condition-based maintenance mode.
