摘要
本文讨论了几种硅烷改性聚合物的结构异同,通过加入增塑剂、偶联剂、白炭黑、除水剂、稳定剂和有机锡催化剂等,制备了3款透明性高强度硅烷改性弹性胶粘剂。讨论了几种硅烷改性聚合物的结构异同,并对其部分主要性能进行了对比测试。结果表明,制备的几种硅烷改性胶粘剂具有良好的透明度、力学性能和耐高温性能(120℃)。通过调整偶联剂组合,可以满足不同元器件基材的弹性粘接要求。
This paper discussed the structural differences among several silane-modified polymers.Three transparent silane modified elastomer adhesives with high strength were prepared using some additives,such as plasticizer,coupling agent,fumed silica,water removing agent, stabilizer and organic tin catalyst.The structural difference of several silane modified polymers were discussed and the results of some main properties of them were compared.The results indicated that the obtained adhesives had excellent transparence,good mechanical properties and resistance to high temperature( 120℃).The elastomeric adhesion requirements to the substrates of different components and parts could be satisfied by using different coupling agents combination.
