摘要
某公司在开发某款多用途车(MPV)的NVH性能时发现车内轰鸣噪声过大并伴随明显车内振动的问题,驾驶员主观评价为不可接受,严重影响了汽车驾驶的舒适性。通过试验和仿真结合方法对轰鸣噪声的形成原因进行分析,识别了轰鸣声传递的路径,确认了车身局部模态及传动系统扭振问题对车内轰鸣噪声的影响。针对车内存在2处噪声峰值,通过顶棚局部结构的改进和传动轴转动惯量参数的改进,对车内轰鸣声进行了降噪改进处理,最终达到降低车内轰鸣噪声及提高样车驾驶舒适性目标。该研究针对MPV提出的轰鸣声识别与降噪方法对企业在同类车型车内噪声的降低具有一定的借鉴作用。
In the process of conducting a MPV's NVH performance,a problem was found that the booming noise is too large,accompanied by obvious car vibration,and the driver 's subjective evaluation is not acceptable,which seriously affects the comfort of vehicle driving. The cause of the formation of the noise is analyzed by experiment and simulation,which identifies the path of the booming noise and confirms the effect of the local modes of the vehicle body and the torsional vibrationof the drive system on the booming noise. According to the cause of formation of booming noise,the local structure of vehicle body and the parameters of the driveline have been improved to reduce the booming noise. Experimental results show that two kinds of noise reduction schemes can effectively reduce the vehicle interior noise. Finally the vehicle NVH performance is improved under acceleration condition. In this paper,the method of decreasing the multi-purpose vehicle interior booming noise was proposed and it can be used for reference for the development of similar vehicle.
