摘要
为探讨针织面料拉伸弹性性能的影响因素,采用8.33 tex/72 f(75 D/72 f)涤纶低弹丝和4.44tex(40 D)氨纶为原料,设计两大类弹性针织面料,根据织造和染整工艺的不同细分为7种针织面料,测试面料在44.5 N(10 lbf)张力下的伸长率,以及伸长率分别为40%、60%和80%时的张力。结果表明,针织面料加工过程中的各道工序对面料的弹性都有影响,且预定形工艺对面料的弹性数据影响较大,牵伸倍数、张力、超喂等对针织面料的拉伸弹性均有影响,该研究对弹性针织面料的开发具有一定指导意义。
In order to study the factors influencing the tensile elastic performance of knitted fabrics, 8.33 tex/72 f (75 D/72 f) polyester DTY and 4.44 tex(40 D) spandex were used, two kinds of elastic knitted fabrics which were subdivided into seven kinds of knitted fabrics according to different knitting technologies and dyeing and finishing processes were designed. Then the elongation at 44.5 N (10 lbf) tension and the tensions at 40%, 60% and 80% elongation of the seven kinds of fabrics were tested. The results show that all the processes in the production of knitted fabrics have an impact on the elasticity of the fabric, and the pre-setting process has a great influence on the elastic data of the fabric, and the draft multiple, tension and overfeed also have influence on the tensile elas- ticity of the knitted fabric, which has a certain guiding significance for the development of the elastic knitted fab- rics.
