摘要
与以往的理论分析和计量分析不同,本文以工业特征显著的山东省聊城市为例,利用100强企业的统计数据和座谈情况,总结了其转型升级存在的问题,以案例形式分析了转型升级路径并提出相关对策。研究结果显示:聊城市企业主要有以下七条转型升级路径:向微笑曲线左右两侧转型升级,反微笑曲线转型升级,从贴牌生产向自主设计、自主品牌升级,跨相关行业转型升级,利用信息技术实现管理创新转型升级,整合本地产业集群和园区的价值链,通过"走出去"转型升级,依此提出了关于解决资金、人才、创新能力、产品质量、营销、节能环保和企业规模等相关问题的对策。
Different from previous theoretical analysis and econometric analysis, this paper uses Statistical Data of 100 companies and informal discussion in Liaocheng, summarize problems of transformation and upgrading, analyze the path of transformation and upgrading, and put forward relevant countermeasures.The results show： the paths of transformation and upgrading are the following seven： the smile curve to the left and right to upgrade, anti smile curve to upgrade, upgrade from OEM to ODM, OBM, cross-related industries to upgrade, use management innovation to upgrade, integration of local industrial clusters and parks of the value chain, through trade innovation to upgrade, and so put forward countermeasures on the settlement of capital, talent, innovation, product quality, marketing, environmental protection and enterprise-scale and other related issues.
