摘要
目的探究肋软骨整体支架在鼻综合整形术中塑造鼻尖的效果。方法对56例行鼻综合整形术的患者,首先切取右侧第7肋部分软骨,雕刻成"人"字形搭建鼻尖支架,并结合肋软骨皮质骨及真皮组织塑造鼻尖形态。结果本组56例患者术后即刻均获满意的外形效果。其中46例获随访6~12个月,鼻尖外形均保持良好、血液循环色泽正常,未发现鼻尖内软骨部分有明显吸收现象。结论以自体肋软骨整体支架塑造鼻尖的鼻综合整形手术方法,对于短鼻延长、挛缩鼻修复、鼻尖抬高均有确实的改善效果。
Objective To explore the efficacy of nasal tip integral support made of costal cartilage in comprehensive rhinoplasty.Methods Fifty-six patients who underwent comprehensive rhinoplasty were selected. First, partial cartilage of the right seventh rib was cut and carved into a ＂Y＂ shape. It was then used to build the support of the nasal tip. The contour of the nasal tip was constructed using cortical bone of the costal cartilage combined with dermal tissue. Results Rhinoplasties were successfully performed in all 56 patients.Among these patients, 46 cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The appearance of the nasal tip was well maintained, and blood circulation was normal. No obvious absorption of the cartilage within the nasal tip was found. Conclusion The application of nasal tip integral support made of autologous costal cartilage in comprehensive rhinoplasty has a remarkable and stable outcome, especially for short nose lengthening, or contracted nose repair and nasal tip elevation.
