摘要 视频业务作为未来移动网络的基础性业务,具有业务质量要求高和用户体验(QoE)敏感度高等特点,对网络能力的需求也从速率保障转向用户体验提升。通过人因工程试验和现网视频业务大数据分析,结合人工智能方法建立了用户主观视频体验到业务客观指标的映射模型,并在此基础上进一步与网络的指标体系相关联,提出了移动视频网规划建设和扩容优化的整体解决方案,对网络的建设发展工作有指导意义。 As the basic service of future mobile networks,video has a high quality requirement of the service and the users' quality of experience sensitivity is high,the demand for the development of the network also changes from rate guarantee to the user experience ascension. By neuropsychological method and large data analysis from the current network video traffic,the mapping model between the subjective video user experience and the traffic objective indexes is established with the introduction of artificial intelligence method,as well as the network indexes are associated with the QoE,and the planning and construction plan of the networks are proposed. Based on the above works,the efficient video network solutions is realized and it can be used as a guidance for network planning and developing.
