不同浓度柴油污染对高羊茅和紫花苜蓿生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)和紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)为试材,采用室内盆栽试验方法,研究了不同质量分数的柴油污染(0、5、10、20、30、40g·kg^(-1)土)对高羊茅和紫花苜蓿生长和生理指标的影响,为进一步了解其对柴油的耐受性提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照比较,随着柴油浓度升高,高羊茅和紫花苜蓿生长受到明显抑制,其株高、SPAD值和干质量均呈下降趋势。其中紫花苜蓿的株高和干质量受到的影响程度较高羊茅大;而高羊茅的SPAD值受到柴油污染的抑制程度较紫花苜蓿大。随着石油污染物浓度的增加,高羊茅和紫花苜蓿对柴油的去除率整体均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,说明中、低柴油浓度对高羊茅和紫花苜蓿有一定的刺激生长作用,高浓度时抑制作用明显。在石油污染物浓度为30g·kg^(-1)时,高羊茅的去除率达到了最高,在石油污染物浓度为20g·kg^(-1)时,紫花苜蓿的去除率达到了最高。 In order to understand the phytoremediation mechanism if Festuca arundinacea and Medicago sativain diesel oil contaminated soil.Soil contamination with varying diesel oil concentration were used for pot experiments.Treatments of the experiments were included non-contaminated soil(control),non-contaminated soil with 5,10,20,30,40 g·kg^-1 of diesel oil,respectively.The results showed that diesel oil contamination soil inhibited Festuca arundinacea and Medicago sativa growth significantly;plant height,SPAD value,the dry matter of Festuca arundinacea and Medicago sativa decreased significantly with increasing of diesel oil contamination in soil compared with noncontaminated soil.The SPAD values of Festuca arundinacea were inhibited obviously compared with Medicago sativa.The removal ratio of Festuca arundinacea and Medicago sativa initially increased but then decreased with diesel oil concentration increased gradually.Low concentrations of diesel oil could promote growth,but the high concentration of diesel oil inhibited the growth of Festuca arundinacea and Medicago sativa.The highest removal ratio of tall fescue was found when the concentration was 30 g·kg^-1,and the highest removal ratio of Festuca arundinacea were found when the concentration was 20 g·kg^-1.
