摘要
临床药理学是医学生医学教育的必修课之一,传统的临床药理学教学多采用灌输式教学法,教学过程中教师虽注重知识的传授,却忽略学生自主学习能力和团队协作能力的培养。应用微视频辅助翻转课堂教学模式,利用网络教学平台分享相关微视频和学习资料,学生利用课余时间,课前自主预习,课上小组讨论,课后归纳总结。教学中教师主要发挥引导和督促作用,激励和调动学生学习的主动性,增强和改善团队协作能力,翻转课堂有利于优化临床药理学教学过程,提高教学质量。
Clinical pharmacology is one of the required courses of medical education for medical students. Teachers always focus on imparting knowledge, but ignore students＇ autonomous learning ability in the traditional teaching. Micro Video combined flipped classroom reforms the traditional teaching mode. The students learn knowledge through the network autonomous learning before class, and interact with others in the class. The fipped classroom plays an important role in arousing students’ autonomous learning ability, improving the team cooperation ability. The flipped classroom teaching model, to optimize the teaching process of clinical pharmacology teaching.
