摘要
读者服务是图书馆各项工作的中心。随着新技术在图书馆工作中的应用,高校图书馆只有不断创新读者服务才能更好地满足用户的需求。广西科技大学图书馆本着"以用户为中心"的理念,根据图书馆的实际情况,从加强硬件设施创新,改造阅读环境,不断提升馆员的专业素质等方面探索如何创新读者服务。
The reader service is the center of all works of the library. With the new technology application in library work, only constant innovation in university library reader service to better meet the needs of users. Library of Guangxi university of Science and Technology is base on the principle of ＂user-centered＂, according to the actual situation of the library, explore how to innovate the reader service from strengthen the innovation of hardware facilities, reading environment and improving librarians＇ professional quality.
