摘要
国民经济的大力发展使得人民群众的生活水平不断提升,同时,对住房质量的要求也越来越高。在房屋建筑工程中,渗漏水是房屋建筑工程较为常见的质量问题,其不仅会影响房屋外观质量,其还可能对房屋结构安全造成威胁,直接影响人民群众的生产生活。论文对房屋建筑工程防渗漏技术进行探讨。
