摘要
对13Cr油管接箍的黏结形貌、化学成分、拉伸性能、冲击性能、洛氏硬度及显微组织进行检测,以分析该油管接箍泄漏的原因。分析结果表明:失效接箍材料的性能符合相关要求;螺纹拧紧操作不规范是13Cr接箍泄漏和坐封封隔器无法保持压力的主要原因。
Tested are the thread galling, chemical composition, tensile property, impact property, Rockwell hardness and microstrueture of the 13Cr tubing coupling to identify causes for leakage thereof. The results show that the properties of the failing coupling meet the related requirements and that the leakage of the coupling and the sealing packer failure to maintain proper pressure are induced by inappropriate operation during the make-up process.
