摘要
目的分析Beyond冷光美白治疗不同变色牙的临床疗效。方法通过系统检索中国学术期刊网全文数据库及万方数据库发表的文献，收集有关Beyond冷光关白疗效临床研究文献，采RevMan50软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献，Beyond冷光关白对生理性黄牙的疗效优于四环素牙（OR=2.16，95％CI1．17～397，P=0．01），对生理性黄牙和氟斑牙的疗效差异无统计学意义（OIK=1.53，95％C1055-4．26，P=0.42），对四环素牙和氟班牙的疗效差异无统计学意义（OR=0.65，95％CI0.37～1.13，P=0.12）。结论Beyond冷光美白对于生理性黄牙美白效果优于氟斑牙和四环素牙，对氟斑牙的美白疗效优于四环素牙。
Objective To perform a systematic evaluation of the whitening effects of discolored teeth by applying the Beyond cool light whitening kit in clinical therapy. Methods The relevant clinical researches by authorized data-based such as Chinese Biomedical Literature Database （ CNKI ） and the data retrieval system of all places （Wanfang） were searched .The data and information were used to perform Meta-analysis by RevMan 5.0. Results A total of seven papers were included, the physiological effect of Beyond cool light whitening kit to treat yellow teeth was better than tetracycline teeth （ OR=2.16, 95%CI 1.17-3.97, P-0.01 ） , but there was no statistical significance in the efficacy of yellow teeth and dental fluorosis （OR=1.53, 95%CI 0.55-4.26, P=0.42 ） , and there was no statistical significance in the efficacy of tetracycline and dental fluorosis （ OR.=0.65, 95%CI 0.37-1.13, P=0.12 ） . Conclusions The whitening effect of Beyond cool light whitening kit for the physiological yellow teeth is better than dental fluorosis and tetracycline teeth, and the whitening effect of dental fluorosis is better than tetracycline teeth.
