摘要
肺癌病机多为虚损兼气滞,继而出现水停、痰凝、血瘀,痰瘀胶结蕴毒,最终形成肿瘤。路志正教授受泽漆汤启示,从益气养阴、理气化痰、祛瘀散结、解毒抗癌立法,创制益肺化积汤,专方化裁治疗肺癌,体现出中医专病专方、辨病与辨证相结合的治疗特色。
The pathogenesis of lung cancer is always like this ： deficiency and Qi stagnation results m water xetcn- tion, phlegm coagulation and blood stasis, then phlegm and stasis are combined with each other and transform into toxin, finally end up neoplasm. Enlightened by Zexi Decoction （泽漆汤） , Professor LU Zhizheng treats lung cancer by the modifications of one specific formulas, Yifei Huaji Decoction （ 益肺化积汤）, which he creates based on the methods of boosting Qi and nourishing Yin, rectifying Qi and dissolving phlegm, dispelling stasis and dissipating masses as well as resolving toxin and resisting cancer. This formula reflects the treatment characteristics in Chinese medicine, that is specific formula for specific disease as well as the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differen- tiation.
