摘要
传统种植屋面工艺复杂,结构遭到破坏时修复难度大,阻碍了其快速发展。新型种植屋面采用了新型防水涂料和防水卷材,将原来的11层屋面结构减少到7层,简化了工艺,降低了后期维护难度。新型种植屋面相较于传统种植屋面在雨水保持率、荷载、保温等方面都有提升,较好地解决了建筑节能、环境绿化、城市内涝问题,有助于种植屋面的快速普及与发展。
Traditional planting roofing process is complicated, in case of damage of the structure, it is difficult to be repaired,which hinder its rapid development. New planting roof uses a new type of waterproof coating and waterproofing membrane, reducesthe original l 1-story roof structure to 7 stories,simplifying the process and reducing the difficulty of post-maintenance. Comparedwith the traditional planting roof, the new planting roof has great improvement in aspects of rainwater retention rate, load andinsulation,and better solves the problems of building energy saving, environmental greening and urban waterlogging, and is conduciveto the rapid popularization and development of planting roof.
