摘要
建立了芝麻酱中9种重金属(铅Pb、砷As、镉Cd、汞Hg、铜Cu、铬Cr、锡Sn、镍Ni、锌Zn)多残留的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的检测方法。芝麻酱样品加硝酸和过氧化氢后,经微波消解后检测。结果表明:9种重金属的检出限(LOD,S/N=3)均为0.01mg/kg;线性范围在0.1~100μg/L内各成分的线性相关系数均大于0.999以上;样品在定量限1倍、2倍和10倍3个添加水平下的平均回收率为89.2%~113.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%~6.3%。该方法简便、灵敏、快速,可用于芝麻酱中多种重金属污染的监控分析。
A method is established for the determination of 9 heavy metals residues in sesame paste, including lead(Pb), arsenic(As), cadmium(CA), mercury(Hg), copper(Cu), chromium(Cr), stannum(Sn), nickel(Ni), zinc(Zn) using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). After adding nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide, the sesame pastes are digested with microwave before detecting with ICP-MS. The results indicate that the limits of detection (LOD, S/N=3) for 9 heavy metals are all 0. 01 mg/kg, the range of 0. 1-100μg/L for 9 heavy metals standard has a good linear relationship (r=0. 999). The average recoveries (n=6) of the 9 heavy metals in sesame paste samples at one, two and ten added levels of LOQ range from 89.2%- 113.0% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) between 3. 1%and 6.3 %. The method is convenient, sensitive and quick, which could satisfy the demand of the determination of heavy metal residues in sesame paste.
