摘要
随着我国社会经济建设进步与发展,人们的生活水平日益提升,对医疗服务质量提出了更高要求。为此,作为重要的公益事业单位,医院要把握发展转型重要时期,加快医疗体制改革,推进医疗服务模式转变。其中,在医院开展中医院档案管理工作中发挥重要作用。为此,在全新发展形势下医院档案管理工作要积极转变工作模式,保障档案管理工作的质量,从而满足医院快速发展需要。本文研究加强医院档案管理工作的意义,并分析现阶段医院档案管理工作中存在的问题,提出加强医院档案管理工作的有效措施。
With the progress and development of China＇s social and economic construction,people＇s living standards are increasing,and higher requirements for the quality of medical services are put forward.Therefore,as an important public service unit the hospital should grasp the important period of the development and transformation,accelerate the reform of the medical system and promote the transformation of the medical service mode,among them,the hospital archives management plays an important role in the development of the hospital.Therefore,in the new development situation,we should actively transform the working mode of hospital archives management,ensure the quality of archives management,and meet the needs of rapid development of hospitals.This paper studies the significance of strengthening the management of hospital archives,analyzes the problems existing in the current hospital archives management,and puts forward effective measures for strengthening the management of hospital archives.
