摘要
传统的管理模式已经不能适应大学发展改革的总要求,部分高校开始改革与探索以学生社区生活建设和学生自主发展为导向的书院制学生管理模式。书院制是一种符合学生成长成才规律,顺应我国高校人才培养质量提升要求的新兴学生管理模式,具有实践推广价值。第二课堂教育管理存在科层制管理明显,缺少民主参与和监督;专业的学生管理队伍建设滞后;忽视学生主体意识的培养;学生自治权缺失;参与度低等方面问题。高校应借鉴书院制管理模式,提出优化第二课堂教育管理工作的具体措施:管理重心下移,构建"矩阵式管理"模式;加强学生管理队伍建设,提高学生事务管理水平;坚持以生为本的教育理念,促进学生全面发展;完善参与机制,鼓励学生自治。或许书院制将会成为第二课堂教育管理改革的理性选择。
Traditional educational management pattern already cannot adapt to the general requirements of university devel-opment reform part of universities start to reform and explore the construction of community life and students independent de-velopment of college student management mode of the academy system. College system is a new management model for confor-ming to the law of growth and success for students the requirements of improvement of talent training quality in universitieswith the practical value. Aiming at the problems of obvious the management of bureaucracy lack of democratic participation andsupervision hysteresis construction of professional student management team ignore the cultivation of the student main con-sciousness loss of student autonomy and low participation. The universities should imitate management model of the academysystem put forward to the management model of academy system to optimize specific measures of the second classroom educa-tional management work gravity center of management down build the model of "matrix management" to strengthen the con-struction of student management teams and improve the level of management of students adhere to the education concept ofstudents and promote the all-round development of students improve the participation mechanism and encourage student autono-my. The academy system may be the rational choice of the second classroom educational management reform.
