摘要
把人民政协定位为专门协商机构,这与人民政协组织的性质定位高度吻合,决定了人民政协在发展社会主义协商民主中发挥作用的行动逻辑。党的十九大高度重视社会主义协商民主建设,更加明确其在社会主义协商民主体系中的作用和定位。准确把握新时代人民政协的历史方位,需要把握好政治方向、主题主线和提升协商能力这个重点,始终坚持以人民为中心的价值追求,坚定中国特色社会主义文化自信,不断优化协商政治文化环境,充分体现"有事好商量"和人民当家作主的本质要求,把我国的民主政治优势与国家治理核心理念传导到人民群众中去,有效增进社会公众的政治认同和价值认同。
Positioning CPPCC as a specialized consultative organization is highly consistent with the character orientation of CPPCC,which also determines the action logic of CPPCC playing a role in the development of the socialist consultative democracy.To grasp the historical position of CPPCC in the new era accurately,we should firmly grasp the correct political direction,major line and theme,and the key points of enhancing consultation capacity.We should always adhere to the people-centered value pursuit,strengthen cultural self-confidence,and optimize the political and cultural environment of consultation.The democratic political superiority of our country and the core idea of state governance should be passed on to the masses so as to enhance the public's political identity and value identity.
