摘要
针对多粒度语义型、数值型和区间型信息混合的多属性群决策问题,提出了基于多粒度语义统一和二元语义表达模型的异质信息一致化处理方法;通过将二元语义评价矩阵转换为精确数值,采用VIKOR方法对决策对象进行排序,其中针对传统熵权法灵敏度太高会导致权重分配不合理的问题,利用改进熵权法确定指标权重;最后以某企业旋挖钻机的产品服务包设计方案评价为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of mixed multi-attribute group decision-making for multi-granularity linguistic information, real numbers and interval numbers, a heterogeneous information consistency method was proposed, which based on multi-granularity semantic unified method and 2-tuple linguistic representation model. By transforming 2- tuple linguistic evaluation matrix to the exact value, VIKOR is adopted to rank the alternatives. Considering the problem that sensitivity of the traditional entropy method is too high to cause the weight distribution to be unreasonable. The weights of criteria was determined by the improved entropy method. Finally, a case study of concept evaluation of rotating drill product and service package was presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
