摘要
管式加热炉是石化装置中的关键设备,加热炉的模块化设计能有效提高工程质量,缩短建造周期并节省费用投资。本文首先介绍了管式加热炉模块化设计的发展现状,以反应器进料加热炉为研究对象,分别对加热炉辐射段,对流段以及烟囱段的模块设计做了具体阐述,并对模块化设计中存在的问题做了分析。为提高管式加热炉模块化的优化设计提供参考。
The pipe heating furnace is the key equipment in petrochemical plant.Furnace modular design can improve quality,shorten the construction period and cost-saving advantages of investment.This paper with pipe heating furnace as the research object introduced the developments of modular design,and then module furnace radiant section and the convection section of the chimney segment designed to do a specific elaboration,and modular design reasonable partitioning module,deformation control and sealing problems between the modules make a note.Provide a reference for improving the pipe heating furnace modular design optimization.
