带式输送机托辊载荷计算及离散元仿真验证 被引量:1

摘要 针对带式输送机托辊受力情况的复杂性,考虑输送带重力,通过计算托辊承载面的物料分布情况,建立了托辊的受力模型,基于离散元法对带式输送过程进行了数值模拟,以DTII为标准对力学模型进行了评估。结果表明,托辊所受载荷与输送带重力密切相关,且中间托辊所受到的载荷还与物料的流动性相关;提出的考虑输送带重力的计算方法比DTII标准计算结果更为准确,为准确预测托辊载荷提供了快速可靠的途径。 In view of the complexity of the wear-stresscondition of belt conveyors, rollers and the gravity of the belt, the wear-stress model of rollers is built by calculating material distribution of rollers? bearing surface. The numerical simula-tion for the belt conveyor process is performed based on discrete element method and the mechanical model is evaluated with DTII as the standard. The results are illustrated that the loading of rollers is closely related to the gravity of the beltand the loading on the middle rollers is also related to the fluidity of the material; and the calculation method proposed considering the gravity of the belt is more accurate than the DTII standard calculation, which provides a fast and dependable way to pre-dict roller load accurately.
