摘要
针对河南油田采油二厂常采区块注水井酸化增注存在的问题,开展了泡沫分流增注技术研究,进行了泡沫酸配方研究及性能评价,研制了酸化用泡沫发生器,优选了施工工艺。在欠注井上开展了4井次现场试验,工艺有效率为100%,实施后平均单井注水压力降低6.2MPa,增注量达36738m^3/d,有效期为218d。
This paper describes the research of foam diversion and increasing injection technology to solve the problems existingin the process of acidizing and flooding increasing in the injection wells in the oil production plant 2 of Henan Oilfield. The formuladevelopment and performance evaluation of foam acid were carried out,the foam generator for acidification was developed,and theconstruction technology was optimized. 4 well site tests were carried out on the under injection wells,where the effective rate was100%. The average single well water injection pressure is decreased by 6.2 MPa,the injection volume increases to 36738 m3/d,andthe effective period is prolonged to 218 d.
