摘要
针对目前弹上电源变换装置检测设备测量精度和可靠性均比较低,且测试步骤繁琐、维修困难、需要人工实时监测的现状,设计了一套基于Labwindows/CVI的电源变换装置自动检测设备.首先,结合设计要求对电源变换装置自动检测设备进行理论设计,采用PC/104总线的设计思想;其次,对测试设备的模拟信号进行隔离放大处理,利用PM 518进行数据采集;最后,采用Labwindows/CVI实现软件设计,对模拟输入电源变换装置的两路三相电压和输出电压U_1,U_2,U_3以及励磁电压进行采集来检测设备的输出稳定性.测试结果表明,该设备可以一次测试四套产品,提高了工作效率且直流输出电压、励磁电压可保持在(28.5±3)V,交流输入电压在20~25V内连续可调,两组三相输出线电压偏差不大于0.2V,实测电流保持在负载电流±1A.
In view of the situations of the low measurement accuracy and reliability of missile power conversion device testing equipment, the cumbersome testing procedure, difficult maintenance of the de vice, and that it can not be separated from the status of real-time monitoring, a set of automatic detec tion device for power converter was designed based on Labwindows/CVI. First of all, design the auto matic test equipment for power conversion device combining with requirements based on the ideas of PC/104 bus in theory; secondly, isolate and amplify the analog signal of the test equipment, then acquire the data by PMS18; finally, design the software on the platform of Labwindows/CVI, the analog input voltages of power conversion device of the two-way three-phase voltage, the output voltages of U1, U2, U3 and excitation voltage are collected to assess the output stability of the device. The test re sults show that it is a product which can measure the four sets of equipment at a time which can improve the work efficiency. The DC output voltage and excitation voltage can he maintained at (28.5 ±3) V.AC input voltage is continuously adjustable at a range of 20~25 V. Two groups of three-phase output line voltage deviations are both less than 0. 2 V. The measured current is kept at the load current ±1 A.
